Two dead after car plunges into Viyana Canal

No proper emergency services, untrained personnel, no ambulance services, no proper rescue equipments...So obviously "The two occupants were pulled out from the car and rushed to the Mahiyangana Base Hospital, where they were pronounced dead on admission."

Stupid , arrogant drivers finally get the maximum punishment one-day. Just observe how these guys drive on the roads. In 60 km zones they drive at 100km plus speed, overtake every other vehicle on the road. Sometimes we see 2 vehicles overtake simultaneously creating a very dangerous situation. No one has slightest patience while driving.
