Two cyclists killed in Hasalaka

We are reading stories every day about the accidents and unnecessarily people are killed on road accidents every single day . Can we understand what is the root causes of these accidents and take appropriate measures to minimise such losses. If our roads are not wide enough, then a strict control of speed is required or even reduced the current speed limits.We need to save our loved ones lives not losing to such incidents anymore
