Colombo, April 12 (Daily Mirror) - Recent PCR tests conducted on two female patients who had passed away during treatment at the Kurunegala Teaching Hospital have confirmed to be Covid-19.

According to sources, it is not yet conclusive that the deaths can be directly linked to Covid-19. The deaths had occurred yesterday (11).

However, authorities have mandated quarantine measures for both patients and staff members from the ward where the individuals were receiving treatment.

There have been a couple of deaths last year where the patients had tested positive for Coronavirus following their deaths.

Are we understand that the Covid-19 supposed to have been eradicated by Gota with Chinese Vaccines costing several millions is a waste? Is this also a type of Brown Sugar scam of Gota? Is it another failure?

Sri Lanka is not investigating deaths as to whether it is Covid related. There is no adequate data compiled on vaccine related deaths, vaccine related health complications, post covid complications, long Covid cases. No random testing of public in cities and other areas to determine Covid positive or not. In this respect, Sri Lanka can be a very risky area for those who are unvaccinated as they will not have any data related to Covid current situation.

An example of the side effects of being positive was 6.9 M voted and made this country a hell by voting for crooks. So, it is essential to be cautious.

No big deal. COVID is like an influenza now. May countries have a few fatalities from Covid these days like they do from influenza. No big deal.

Yeah, proper treatment must have not been done to the patients under the guise of Corona. Undoubtedly, international community siding with the US plays the role to hinder Rajapaksa based district to destabilize the election and/or to postpone the election indefinitely.
