Trains on coastal belt delayed due to signal failure

The train service in the coastal belt seems to be often interrupted due to the numerous reasons. Thus the signal failure is the one of biggest issues whenever railway passengers are facing. All we know that this railway track is located very close proximity to the beach. Hence due to the sea breeze the entire cable system is prone to the continuous corrosion which causes the signal failure. Normally the railway crew members who are engaged in the line maintenance refurbish these signal cables once in a month. Unfortunately due to some other circumstances the railway workers who were engaged in the maintenance works are not to be seen on the lines for last few month.we kindly request the authorities concerned to take necessary measures to ease off the issue
