Trains on Kelani Valley line back on track

Train services on the Kelani Valley (KV) Railway Line resumed after the damages to the railway track due to yesterday’s derailment were repaired.

Train services will operate from this evening according to the scheduled timetable.

Train services on the Kelani Valley (KV) Line were disrupted after a derailment at the Serpentine Road level crossing between Baseline Road and Cotta Road railway station.
