Three wanted criminals arrested in Dubai to be repatriated today

Colombo, Feb 07 (Daily Mirror) - Three wanted Sri Lankans engaged in organised crimes, who were operating from Dubai, are to be brought back to Sri Lanka today.

Police said the individuals were arrested by Dubai authorities on Sunday (February 2) after Interpol issued red notices for their arrest.

The suspects will be repatriated to Colombo on flight UL-226 from Dubai by the CID officers, scheduled to arrive this morning.

how come interpol is able to arrest and repatriate three wanted criminals but fails to act on internationally recognised court arrest warrants for the fugitive ex central bank govenor involved in the country's massive financial fraud and evading arrest which is proof of his guilt freely travelling and moving around in his country of origin Apparently he has no respect for his family members or even his grand children he has left behind in HAPPY GO LUCKY SRI LANKA or deserted them What a disgrace to have him as a family member
