Three persons have been taken into custody along with 1,227 Kgs of Cannabis during a raid on a house in Embilipitiya.

The suspects, two drivers and a conductor, aged between 27 and 39 were arrested while packing the Cannabis.

This seizure is reportedly the largest single haul of Cannabis so far in Sri Lanka. (DSB)
