are these fellows gutless, spineless people who are expected to prosecute so called 'powerful' people like gota? as the public in sri lanka has lost confidence in the judiciary, who are corrupt to the hilt, and prosecute people like ranjan for insulting (rightly so) the corrupt judges, magistrates and lawyers in sri lanka?

If any Judge refuses to sit in the bench then its time we bring foreign judges to sit in the bench. There is no pride lost in bringing foreign judges as many SL Judges sit in other foreign country benches.
