Elder JVP ministers have blood in their hands during the 1988 89 era. They cannot highlight Batalanda which was a reaction to their actions and escape ownership of the problem. Is Bimal a great leader who says do or depart or is he another wolf in sheeps clothing who knows intimidation and murder as solutions to problems?

Incompetent people are resigning as they can't perform to meet the expectations of the people and NPP government. No more sitting on your hands free wheeling, do your job or get out of the way so someone competent can be assigned to do it. Thanks for resigning!

Bimal who is tasting power is too big for his boots being leader of the house always tries to belittle others in Parliament etc. Even the recent Pilot training air disaster he announced wrong information without waiting for the report from the Committee who undertook the inquiry and by that the whole airforce were put to shame which was directed at the trainer and trainee pilot who were the cause of this incident. Bimal please keep your trap shut be more a listener than a big talker!!!!!!

It is strange and sad that gullible voters could not read the script code. JVP was always a party ready to use tyranny for control. Remember at his acceptance speech Comrade president said we work according to party decisions. Another big wig said We struggled hard to come this far and not ready to give it just like that. Another one said we do not need trade unions anymore. Another one said people have the right to lie. Each is an individual statement uttered by top top rung JVP politburo members but together it gives a clear message. Wolf is shedding the sheep's skin little by little. In early 2000s, AKD was our minister and Bimal the deputy when JVP made a coalition with Chandrika. I remember that Bimal was rather vindictive and vicious in his dealings with the staff coming under the ministry. He reserved his venom to engineers, I think because he could not complete his engineering education at Katubedda. We found AKD comparatively easier to work with.

This is the first time people resign from their positions, it is a good sign, olden days they were dieing to come to positions. Now the positions doesn't shine like before, as they have to work hard and can't take bribe. This is how it should be and pave way to qualified and hard working people who love the country to enter for the position.

its time for government to replace some incompetent leaders in public institutions. I believe Bimal is doing it now. He is actually not at all harsh.. Too gentle in my view. Port is one. Nice old Navy gentleman in charge but knows nothing does nothing passes every buck to MD who is a very junior officer with no top managemt exposure whatsoever. ! So time will come for that one to resign too !
