Colombo, Sept. 2 (Daily Mirror) - A suspect who allegedly planned to assassinate underworld figure Nadun Chinthaka, alias Harak Kata, while disguised as a journalist inside court premises, has been arrested by police.
The arrest was made today (02) in Maharagama by officers of the Western Province North Range Crimes Division.
According to police, the suspect was in possession of a revolver, several bullets, and a partially burnt video camera believed to have been intended for the disguise.
