Lol the Court actually said the petition challenging the Bill couldn't be heard because the petitioner failed to deliver a copy of the petition to the Speaker within the prescribed time limit (they were late by one day). The Court did not say anything at all about any consistency between the provisions of the Bill and the Constitution.

Step saving hundreds of millions every year. Still, good to give a reasonable allowance if any of them really need, say something like Presidential Asvasuma ! Honestly, they don't need any. Have made enough during their time at the top.

No pension to any president who had not completed the full tenure of presidency Tuesday, 09 September 2025 04:30 PM

Even the pension must not be given to the ones who had not completed the full tenure of presidency. A government or private sector employee is not given pension before completing required age limit. Then, why should a president who did not complete the full tenor be given pension?
