Stock of chemicals for ‘Ice’ production seized in Kandana

Colombo, Sept. 8 (Daily Mirror) - Police have discovered another stock of chemicals, suspected to be used in the manufacture of the drug ‘Ice,’ following the recent seizure in Middeniya.

Police said the latest consignment was found during a search operation at a house in the Kandana area. Investigations are underway to determine whether the stock is linked to the Middeniya discovery.

The issue is that the chemicals used to manufacture Crystal Meth are not illegal chemicals. These chemicals are used even in the manufacture of paints.
