Inoshi Priyadharshani took 4 for 10 to set Sri Lanka Women up for an easy eight-wicket win over Thailand Women in the quarter-finals of the Asian Games women's cricket competition.
Batting first, in a rain-shortened match where both sides were allotted 15 overs each, Chanida Sutthiiruang top scored for Thailand with 31 not out, none of her teammates making contributions in double figures, to finish on 78 for 7.
A 54-run partnership between captain Chamari Athapaththu and Anushka Sanjeewani ensured Sri Lanka would chase down the target with relative ease, though both batters were dismissed by rising star Thipatcha Putthawong.
Harshitha Samarawickrama and Vishmi gunaratne took Sri Lanka across the line in the 11th over.
Sri Lanka will next face Pakistan Women in the first semi-final, while India will face the winner of the match between Bangladesh and Hong Kong China.
Thailand Women 78/7 in 15 overs (Chanida Sutthiruang 31 n.o., Inoshi Priyadharshani 4/10)
Sri Lanka Women 84/2 in 10.5 overs (Anushka Sanjeewani 32, Chamari Athapaththu 27, Thipatcha Putthawong 2/21)
