Colombo, March 4 (Daily Mirror) - Sri Lanka Navy and the Sri Lanka Air Force have rescued some 30 persons who were inside the ship, which is sinking off Sri Lankan waters, Minister Vijitha Hearth told Parliament today.

The Minister assured that the ship did not fall into distress within Sri Lankan waters.

Those who have been rescued are being admitted to the Karapitiya Hospital, he said.
