Six students injured after shop floor collapses in Ginigathhena

Six students were injured when the wooden floor of a shop opposite Ginigathhena Police Station collapsed while they were having food.

The incident occurred as they were attending a tuition class in the city. The students, who attend a 10th-grade school in the area, fell 15 feet when the floor collapse.

The injured students were admitted to the hospital and steps were taken to close the shop Ginigathhena Police are investigating, and hospital sources said the students' injuries are not serious.
