Showroom manager shot dead in Ambalangoda

Galle, Dec 22 (Daily Mirror) - A manager of an electronics showroom in the Ambalangoda town was shot dead this morning (22), police said.

According to police, two unidentified men arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire at the victim before fleeing the scene. 

The manager died on the spot as a result of the shooting.

Preliminary investigations have revealed that the incident may have occurred due to a conflict between two criminal gangs. 

Ambalangoda Police have launched investigations into the incident.
