School admission circulars cancelled

Colombo, Sept. 4 (Daily Mirror) - The Cabinet has granted approval to cancel all existing circulars related to the admission of students from Grade 2 to Grade 11 in government schools, with the exception of Grades 5 and 6.

Cabinet Spokesman, Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa, said new circulars will be issued to regulate admissions in the relevant grades.
