SJB MPs meet former president Mahinda Rajapaksa in Tangalle

Colombo, Sept. 22 (Daily Mirror) - Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) parliamentarians Hesha Withanage and Dilip Wedaarachchi recently visited former President Mahinda Rajapaksa at his Carlton residence in Tangalle.

The two MPs had called on the former President to inquire about his well-being, according to reports.

Hesha Withanage, who once served as Chairman of the Embilipitiya Pradeshiya Sabha representing the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP), and Hambantota District MP Dilip Wedaarachchi engaged in discussions during the meeting.

I am glad Ranjan Ramanayake won't be going back to Sajith's BJ group, or the UNP. The SJB MPs should be meeting those whom they represent, not kowtowing to to former SLPP, would have always preferred an SLPP be in the job/MP post instead them. Ranjan knew there was corruption to the core, with SLFP, UNP, and now the nepo baby parties of them, the S JB, and SLPP. Down with Nepotism style politics and end the corruption to the core!
