The issue is his lawyers did not expect court to remand him on Friday as he was an untouchable. If they came ready with his medical records, on Friday itself they would have got bail. Of course health deteriorated when he was remanded. I am sure the other untouchable politicians will now get ready with their medical reports, as the long arm of the law may reach them soon
