The quick recovery and the bogus medical certificate which exaggerated the gravity of his sickness and finally getting out from ICU and going home has discredited his already tarnished character further. People who were sympathetic to him ,seen his condition will curse him now for deceiving them.

Very silly comments by many people. For a person to live, minimum health conditions are enough. Even people with few artieris blockage live with some difficulties with the help of medicines until a bypass surgery or stenting take place . There are many poor peoplewho received treatment at the government hospitals waiting for their turn even for months for their turn . Releasing a person whose artieries are partially blocked is no wonder and such persons will have to undergo treatments for complete recovery later. This is the case with partial kidney functioning patients. With medicines they can live and engage in day to day activities. Former president was kept at the hospital until his pressure came down and his dehydration issue was solved. Do not blame the doctors who treated him. After all remeber Ranil is the one who took over the country where there was no gas and electricity and saved the entire people even after rejecting him. At least show minimum gratitude to him.

I'm wondering why nothing has been done about the many foreign trips undertaken by MR with a very large entourage which included his sons and various lackeys. You all may hate RW because of some personal insecurities and inferiority complex you have, but how come everyone commenting here has not one single word to say about MR, Gota, etc who have used state funds to the tune of billions. All you can talk about is 16 million and RW. At this rate,, with this serious collective loss of memory you will soon be worshipping the Rajapakses and welcoming the next generation back into power.
