Ranil Wickremesinghe leaves for Chennai

Former President and UNP leader Ranil Wickremesinghe departed from Katunayake Airport to Chennai, India, this morning (21), airport officials confirmed.

He was accompanied by his wife, Maithri Wickremesinghe, and both arrived at the airport in the early hours of the day. They boarded SriLankan Airlines flight UL-121 at 8:40 a.m. for the journey to India.
