Presidential Commission to probe coal purchase deals

Colombo, April 10 (Daily Mirror) - A commission comprising sitting judges will be appointed to probe the coal procurement deals that had taken place since the commissioning of the Norochcholai Power Plant, Leader of the House Bimal Ratnayake told Parliament today.

He said coal purchases from 2009 to 2025 and 2026 will be probed into.
