Travellers aged twelve years and above in Sri Lanka should carry a negative COVID-19 PCR test report in English done within 72 hours prior to embarkation, the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (CAASL) said.
While issuing a notice, CAASL Chairman Upul Dharmadasa said, if the travellers have a history of COVID-19 infection during the last three months, instead of a PCR test, they could arrive with a negative COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) report done within 48 hours prior to embarkation.
He said travellers should carry a diagnosis card or verifiable evidence such as a positive PCR report or positive RAT test report as proof of past history of illness in the English language. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
