Police constable arrested for drunk driving in Ratmalana
Colombo, January 20 (Daily Mirror) - A police constable attached to the Mount Lavinia Police Station was arrested for causing an accident under the influence of liquor, police said.
They said a police jeep which had been driven by the particular police constable had hit a three-wheeler at the Belekkade Junction in Ratmalana, injuring the driver of the three-wheeler.
The police constable driver (28) is a resident of Hikkaduwa.
