The term of several provincial councils expired and they were brought under Governors rule earlier and Dauris did not even make a whimper about it. The same when the government kept on postponing LG elections by months. He notices that the democratic values are not flourishing only after the term of the NORTHERN PC lapsed. Its very clear what the true intentions of Britain as well as Dauris are. Definitely they are not about democratic values.
