Passport fee up from tomorrow

The Emigration and Immigration Department has increased the levy for issuing passports and foreign travel documents from tomorrow

As such the fee to issue a normal passport will be increased by Rs.1,500 to Rs. 5,000 

The levy for one-day service will be increased to Rs.20,000 from Rs.15,000. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
