Opposition to move adjournment debate on new Constitution

Surely this is not a matter that can be rushed through. Citizens, and all interested parties must put in thoughts and many legal considerations - otherwise there will be amendments regularly and in some cases even a referendum at much cost. Unless the Opposition has no other other matters of the current situation, this is just to show they are active.

These guys are just talking and wasting time as of they never held portfolios in previous governments. They want to see things messing up and people should understand where they come from.
