Too much smoke from vehicles polluting the air all over ,emission standards must be strictly monitored and adhered .not road worthy vehicles shouldn’t be passed. Fuel quality must be checked before releasing them to market ,specially diesel which is cause of smoke .More petrol and electric vehicle must be encouraged

The apparent good results in Air Quality in Kegalle may also be due to less number of vehicles on the road and also less number of industries in Kegalle rather than good pollution control.
