Colombo, Dec 27 (Daily Mirror) - The Warakapola police conducted a significant arrest operation, targeting numerous individuals, including 'Kudu Roshan', a prominent drug dealer operating in the Mattakkuliya police area.
The apprehension took place at a local hotel within the Warakapola vicinity.
According to information obtained from investigating officers, it has been disclosed that the suspects had chosen to stay in the Warakapola area, likely prompted by the relaunch of the Yukthiya operation. When arresting a person the offence s/he committed must be told to the suspect. What offences have the children committed? Is it an offence for them to be children of suspected criminals? Can the Police explain?

They should have a life sentence in prison and their money confiscated for their upkeep whilst in prison. Many young lives are destroyed by these unscrupulous people. Well done to the police.
