Colombo, Sept. 30 (Daily Mirror) - Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP S.M. Marikar said today that he is not prepared to wipe off allegations he and other SJBers have made against former President Ranil Wickremesinghe even if all Opposition parties come on one platform.

“All Opposition parties coming on one platform is one thing, but wiping or washing off allegations we have made against former President Wickremesinghe is another matter. I don’t know about the others, but I am not prepared to wash off allegations against former leaders just to form an alliance and gain power,” MP Marikar told a media briefing.

“It was Ranil who taught us to call former President Mahinda Rajapaksa a thief and Rajapaksa also called his rival a thief in the past,” he added.
