Colombo, May 1 (Daily Mirror) - Thousands of people have gathered at the Galle Face Green sending a clear messege to those dreaming to become the President in Agust or December to rethink on their plans, Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya said today.

Addressing the National People's Power (NPP) May Day rally, she said there will be no chance for those so called Presidential aspirants.

The Prime Minister said the NPP used to put forward demands from previous rulers and that the 2025 May Day is a celebration of their struggle.
