Yeah after 3-4 days you take urine and blood samples there won't be any tracers of alcohol. Why no breath analysis done soon after the accident!!??)

Hasn't the Police got a process to test those involved in accidents then and there for alcohol? If it has been tested a long time after the incident, it's ridiculous, isn't it?
