Does that mean that all those who take part in The World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR), all those 'streakers' who run on to cricket grounds during a match, and all those who reveal more than they conceal are suffering with mental health conditions? Psychiatry in Sri Lanka is still not up to western standards. Some so called mental health professionals in Colombo still practice Freudian psychology.

It's obvious that he is suffering from a mental illness. Who with the right frame of mind will do such a thing otherwise. By the way, it's not "had rode", it's "had ridden"!!
