NTC to announce revised bus fares today

Colombo, March 22 (Daily Mirror) — The National Transport Commission (NTC) announced that new bus fares in line with the recent fuel price increase will be released today.

NTC Director General Nilan Miranda said that the revised fare structure will be announced during the course of the day.

Despite the latest fuel price revision, the NTC had not initially taken steps to adjust bus fares in response to the increase in diesel prices.
