NPP forcefully takes over FLSP office in Yakkala: FLSP alleges

Colombo, Sept. 2 (Daily Mirror) - The National People's Power (NPP) has forcefully taken over the Frontline Socialist Party (FLSP) office in Yakkala, located in the Gampaha District, FLSP Education Secretary Pubudu Jayagoda alleged today.

They alleged that a group of thugs stormed the office this morning (2), assaulted those present and attempted to take over the office by force.

Speaking to the media, Jayagoda said, “The NPP seems to believe now that they are in power, they can use force against other political parties.”

However, the NPP said the Gampaha District Court has ordered that the office should be handed over to them.
