Very sad, health sector in Sri Lanka was heavily corrupted from previous regime still long way to go to straighten it( a lot of improvement under AKD) . Now current NPP is trying their best to curb corruption and provide better health services. Current gov should introduce blood test and other vital tests are free of charge so people able to get a snap shot of their health conditions at least once year. Its very early age for heart attack, he may have ignored his own health to provide services to people. RIP
