Mirigama-Kurunegala stretch on E-04 declared open for public

The second phase of the Central Expressway (E-04) from Mirigama to Kurunegala (Athugalpura entrance) was declared open for public today under the patronage of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa and Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa.

Whether it is commission or anything an expressway is going to be a boon for the people. Once the rest of the Central Expressway is completed travelling time to Kandy would be reduced significantly. Uncle Ranil couldn't make the talk walking but had enough excuses to protect his bandits.
