Middeniya triple murder: Another suspect arrested

Colombo, February 26 (Daily Mirror) - Another suspect has been arrested in connection with the Middeniya triple murder, police said.

They said the suspect was arrested last morning (25) by a team of officers from the Tangalle Divisional Crime Investigation Bureau in the Wakamulla area of ​​the Weeraketiya Police Division.

The 37-year-old suspect is reported to have aided and abetted the triple murder. He has been arrested and handed over to the Middeniya Police Station.

The suspect is a resident of the Hakuruwela area. Accordingly, six suspects have been arrested so far in connection with this crime.

The Middeniya Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
