Samagi Jana Balawegaya MPs Mayantha Dissanayake and Rajitha Senaratne were notable absentees at the SJB May Day rally which was held at A. E. Gunasingha Stadium in Pettah.

Sources close to MP Dissanayake said he had gone abroad on a private visit. The other notable absentee was Rajitha Senaratne who seemed to have towed a different line lately.(Yohan Perera)
