Welcome move by the Commander of the Srilanka Army as the head of the Covid 19 taskforce. In a pandemic situation it is not necessary to utilize taxpayers funds to pop up political parties and their images by have May day rallies. Political parties should leave the General public alone and not the working public for a ride by giving bogus promises.

Closing the stable door after the horse had bolted. Government disregarded the request by doctors to impose restrictions during new year season and as a result there is an increase in cases now. Pathetic.
