Colombo, July 14 (Daily Mirror) - Opposition MP S.M. Marikkar was appointed Chairman of Sectoral Overnight Committee on Infrastructure and Strategic Development today, the Parliament Media Unit confirmed.

He was appointed in place of Ajith P. Perera who resigned from the post few days ago.
