Man injured in Dehiwala Cemetery shooting

Colombo, July 19 (Daily Mirror) - A man was injured in a shooting at the Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia Public Cemetery on Sunday.

According to police, two unidentified assailants arrived at the cemetery on a motorcycle before opening fire at a man who was at the location. The suspects fled the scene immediately after the shooting.

The injured victim was admitted to the Colombo South Teaching Hospital for treatment. 

Police have launched investigations to identify and arrest the suspects.
