Makandure Madush’s wife urges IGP to probe his death

Colombo, September 10 (Daily Mirror)- The wife of late underworld figure Makandure Madush, Gayani Muthumala, has requested the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to investigate into the death of her husband, alleging that there is suspicion over his death while in Police custody.

Madush was shot dead on October 20, 2020, during a shootout with the police and unknown gunmen at the Maligawatta housing complex.
