We want to see fast tracking all those cases by politicians for misusing public funds. Those funds need to be recovered. I recall this payment was made at a time country was in severe stress for dollars.

So he has to be kept in prison for7 days wasting oublic money. Why the cases cannot be conducted first and then finally proceed with arrest n punishment. We so a similar waste during yahapalaya too. Jonny was behind bars for a year wasting public money without a proper case for him.

What about keeping him under the police custody for questioning him and investigation. Then file legal action in the supreme court to confiscate all his assets, recover all monies robbed from the country and depositing them in the Treasury. He being remanded, then bail out, go home; will it help? We are sure that he has a job at Singer Sri Lanka, where he started his life.
