Kaduwela, Athurugiriya interchanges reopen

Colombo, Dec. 3 (Daily Mirror) - The Kaduwela interchange entrance and exit, along with the Athurugiriya entrance and exit of the expressway which were temporarily closed due to the prevailing flood situation, have been reopened for normal traffic from today.
