Colombo, Feb 21 (Daily Mirror) - Samagi Jana Balawegaya MP Rohana Bandara dropped a bombshell in Parliament by stating that intelligence units had prior knowledge of the killing at the Magistrate's Courts in Hulftsdorp.

"Intelligence had provided information on the woman, Sinhapura Dewage Ishara Sewwandi who was preparing for this attack. Didn't national security experts do anything?” he questioned.

How did the MP get this information? He should be questioned first and then if the allegation is true probed further to see why the intelligence remained quiet.

Police should investigate how this MP came to know about this information and take it forward from there. If the intelligence unit was aware beforehand, then it is a serious lapse on their part.

People are questioning his intelligence and how he knows it. Before the Easter Massacre Harin Fernando's father was aware of the Massacre. Also the intelligence and others knew about it and no action was taken to prevent it. There has been many instances where prior knowledge was given and action has not been taken. Only they were not that highly popular cases These reply of some are just showing there ignorance or mud slinging. They should investigate any evidence or statement.
