India’s aircraft carrier donates relief to flood victims in Sri Lanka



India’s aircraft carrier INS Vikrant, currently anchored in Colombo, has donated 4.5 tons of food items from its stock to assist flood victims in Sri Lanka.

In addition, the ship has contributed two tons of other relief supplies, including tents, electric torches and charging cables.

The donated items are being loaded on to trucks and will be transported to designated relief centres for distribution to affected communities.
