Fox hill in nineteen eighties was a lush greenery rock in pristine nature covered with intermittent thickets etc where I trekked during my school cadet camping in Diyatalawa. Stunned and shocked to see it's present plight . The ccountry's main streams of waterways originates from natural springs in the hill country where the Fox hill is inclusive . Are general public or regulatory bodies sensible of the havoc wrecked in here ?

Stop all car racing on dirt tracks but allowed on paved tracks. Solid and heavy cement temporary barriers to be installed near Spectator stands who should be at least 100 metres away. Also, spectators to be on a higher elevation areas and further protected in a steel cage similar used at F1 tracks in case those racing cars do somersaults and start flying about. Engage safety professionals from overseas familiar with F1 races.

Committee after committee ...nothing happens I suppose. For an ordinary layman it is the fault of the organizers.
