Hunting teenager killed in gun mishap
A 14-year-old child was killed after a locally made weapon went off accidentally in a jungle at Kattamuri in Vakarai, Police said.
They said the child had gone hunting with his elder brother and two brothers-in-law when the locally made weapon they had carried had gone off.
The three individuals who went hunting with the child were arrested in connection with the incident.
Police are investigating to recover the locally made weapon.
