No any management and caring of these trees such maintaining/ trimming! Which GOSL authority is responsible for these plants?

The huge so matured trees should be felled and removed even before the showery and windy conditions. It is the prime duty of the municipality and the state timber cooperation. The officers concerned from the both institutions should identify and enumerate such hazards trees with immediate effect in order to prevent these types of chaotic incidents
